📋 MG Brand After-Sales & Warranty Policy

To protect your rights and ensure a worry-free shopping experience, we offer the following after-sales and warranty services. Please read this policy carefully before using your product.


🛍️ 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy (Non-Human Damage)

If your product shows non-human-caused defects within 7 days of receipt, you may request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Request made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product

  • Product has non-human-caused quality issues (e.g., fails to power on, internal circuit malfunction, casing cracks not caused by impact)

  • Product is complete with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, gifts, and invoice

  • Product has not been disassembled, modified, or improperly used

Not eligible:

  • Requests after 7 days

  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, impact, water ingress, modification, or other human-caused damage

  • Missing original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, or invoice

Return & exchange process:

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@mglaptops.com with your order number and issue description

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Once confirmed, ship the product back to the address provided by our support team (initial shipping cost to be covered by the buyer; we will reimburse if quality issue is confirmed)

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5 business days


🛠️ 1-Year Limited Warranty

All MG Brand products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Warranty coverage:

  • Non-human-caused defects under normal use (e.g., electrical failure, battery malfunction, buttons not responding)

  • Free repair or replacement of defective parts during the warranty period

Warranty exclusions:

  • Products out of the 1-year warranty period

  • Human-caused damage (drop, water damage, impact, unauthorized disassembly or modification, foreign object intrusion)

  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual

  • Damage caused by shipping, accidents, or natural disasters

  • Products with damaged, missing, or unreadable serial numbers

Warranty process:

  1. Contact our support team via support@mglaptops.com

  2. Provide your order number, product serial number, issue description, and photo/video evidence

  3. Our team will verify and provide instructions for return

  4. Send the product back to the designated address; if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair it for free and send it back to you


⚠️ Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • Please use the original packaging or proper protective packaging when sending products back to avoid shipping damage.

  • The processing time for returns or warranty claims depends on the issue complexity and logistics, typically within 7–15 business days.

  • This policy only applies to genuine MG Brand products purchased from our official Shopify store or authorized retailers.

  • MG Brand is not responsible for damage beyond the scope of this policy or caused by improper use.
